- Placing an Order
Orders can be submitted online by selecting items and completing checkout. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products at the advertised price.

- Order Confirmation and Refusal

Orders are only shipped to Australian addresses.
- Cancelling an Order
- Click & Collect: You may cancel anytime before collection. Uncollected orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
- Delivery Orders: You may cancel before dispatch by contacting customer service. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Custom or Special Orders: These cannot be cancelled once submitted.
- Returns and Exchanges
Our Returns Policy explains when and how you can return items.
If a Product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly. You may be asked to provide photos or other information to help us assess the issue.
Special orders, clearance items, or customised Products may only be returned at our discretion and may attract a restocking fee.
