There are 3 different types of kits available to suit the Toyota Hilux with the 3.0lt D4D engine. The air box and ABS unit vary within this range from 2005/2015:
Type 1: Air box with outlet facing towards the rear of engine early type 2005/2008 (OCC-B-THD4D-1)
Type 2 : Air box with outlet facing towards side of engine 2008/2013 (OCC-B-THD4D-2)
Type 3 : ABS unit with revised brake lines and mounting bracket 2013/2015 (OCC-B-THD4D-3)

The HPD direct bolt on separator kits are ideal for 4WDs running an intercooler or turbo kit and they come complete with mounting brackets, rubber hoses and hose clamps. The separators eliminate oil vapour that can contaminate the intake system and therefore helps keep the intercooler clean (internally). This translates into more efficient cooling and better power delivery from your engine.
