THIS ASSEMBLY IS CUSTOM MADE BY SNIPER PERFORMANCE AND FITTED WITH A GENUINE WALBRO 525-LPH F90000285 AND CAN SUPPORT UP TO 820 + BHP at the flywheel.

THE NEW GENUINE F90000285 WALBRO MADE IN THE USA.

IT HAS BEEN DYNO, RACETRACK TESTED, 1/4 MILE, CIRCUIT AND DRIFT.

THIS ASSEMBLY CONSIST OF ONLY THE BEST OF THE BEST PARTS AVAILABLE AND HAND ASSEMBLED AND MODIFIED IN MELBOURNE.

THE FUEL HOSES USED IN THIS ASSEMBLY ARE MADE IN THE EU THE BLACK FEED E85 HOSE IS A LINED 2 LAYER HOSE MADE IN GERMANY THAT HAS A 3X BURST PRESSURE OF THE STANDARD HOSE. THE WHITE RETURN HOSE IS RATED AT TWICE THE BURST PRESSURE OF THE FACTORY HOSE AND BOTH ARE HIGH FLOW.

WE SPECIFICALLY FIT THE PUMP WITH A NEW DELPHI FACTORY WIRING PLUG (NO JOINS ON PUMP) WITH STAINLESS STEEL TERMINALS.

STAINLESS STEEL COMPRESSION SPRING & GUIDE PINS FITTED FOR NO CHANCE OF CORROSION.

HIGH MICRON HIGH FLOW NYLONG STRAINER FOR MAXIMUM FILTRATION AND FLOW.

HIGH FLOW MODIFIED VENTURI HOUSING & FUEL RETURN JET VALVE TO KEEP THE RETURN PRESSURE LOW AS POSSIBLE & TO KEEP THE SWIRL POD FLOWING 3X THE NORMAL RATE.

The NEW WALBRO E85 525-LPH F90000285 pump is the highest flowing in-tank fuel pump on the market, and is E85 & Methanol approved. Walbro designed the pump to meet the requirements of modern turbocharged applications where a single 255LPH fuel pump is insufficient. The pump uses a turbine style design which incorporates two composite plastic blades. The turbine design lends itself to extremely quiet operation and a massive flow rate.
