FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY IS CUSTOM MADE BY SNIPER PERFORMANCE. SPECIALY MADE SWIRL-POD TO STOP SURGING UNDER EXTREME TAKE OFFS AND AROUND CORNERS WHICH IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE FACTORY SWIRL POD. THIS WILL STOP THE SURGING PROBLEM BY 100%.

IT HAS BEEN RACE TRACK TESTED. 1/4 MILE, CIRCUIT AND DRIFT.

THIS ASSEMBLY CONSIST OF ONLY THE BEST OF THE BEST PARTS AVAILABLE AND HAND ASSEMBLED IN MELBOURNE. THE ASSEMBLY IS MADE OF THE BEST POLLIMER AVALABLE AND ITS E85 & METHANOL APPROVED.

THE FUEL HOSES USED IN THIS ASSEMBLY ARE MADE IN THE EU THE WHITE HOSE IS RATED AT TWICE THE BURST PRESSURE OF THE FACTORY HOSE AND IS A HIGH FLOW. THE BLACK FEED HOSE IS A LINED HOSE MADE IN GERMANY THAT HAS A 3X BURST PRESSURE OF THE STANDARD HOSE.

PUMP FITTED WITH THE DELPHI-WALBRO FACTORY WIRING PLUG (NO JOINS) WITH STAINLESS STEEL BRAID & TERMINALS.

STAINLESS STEEL COMPRESSION SPRING & GUIDE PINS FITTED FOR NO CHANCE OF CORROSION.

HIGH FLOW MODIFIED FUEL RETURN VALVE TO KEEP THE RETURN PRESSURE LOW AND TO FILL THE SWIRL POD IN HALF THE NORMAL TIME IT WOULD USALY TAKE.

The Walbro TIA485-2 460LPH pump is the highest flowing in-tank fuel pump on the market, and is E85 & Methanol and petrol approved. Walbro designed the pump to meet the requirements of modern turbocharged applications where a single 255LPH fuel pump is insufficient. The pump uses a turbine style design which incorporates two composite plastic blades. The turbine design lends itself to extremely quiet operation and a massive flow rate.
