HPD  intercooler kits are designed to provide massive cooling capacities and further improve power, torque and reliability for your Diesel powered vehicle.

The front mounted intercoolers do not suffer from high under bonnet temperatures like top mounted intercoolers.

The Nissan Navara V6 factory intercoolers have a reasonable sized core and are tube & fin construction which makes them prone to leaks. The factory pipes are also small and restrictive.

The HPD solution is a kit that drops straight onto the existing mounts with a 600x300x76mm core and alloy pipework upgrades that grow in size from the HPD Billet Alloy turbo adapter of 57mm right up to 70mm at the inlet manifold, eliminating the factory restriction.

Delivering  an additional 11 rear wheel kW simply as a bolt on, the kit’s massive increase in cooling and airflow could see owners grab far more power again with the addition of an exhaust and re-tuning.
