Nissan Patrol GU TD42 top mount intercooler kit 99-03
Hpd have manufactured a new complete top mount intercooler to suit the non intercooled factory turbo TD42 Patrol. This kit can be also combined with our GU td42 turbo kit to give you a complete intercooled turbo kit. The kit comes complete with all the parts needed to install your own top mount intercooler. This intercooler kit is designed to give a massive cooling capacity beyond performance of regular standard factory intercooler.

The Nissan Patrol Intercooler kit incorporates a vehicle specific heat exchanger, heavy duty cast alloy end tanks. The kit is designed to reduce both inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures, resulting in increased performance, reliability and consistent and sustainable power.

We have built this kit to give a factory look but with a 120% larger core than the factory intercooler.

The intercooler is mounted on a sub frame which bolts to the body and lines up with the bonnets bracing so all you need to cut is the bonnet skin. The kit also includes a factory look bonnet scoop and under bonnet seal. 2.5" alloy  mandrel bent piping and silicone hoses from turbo to the billet inlet adaptor.
