The HPD S2 kit includes all the benefits that the HPD brand has been associated with. The S2 GU ZD30 Intercooler Kit has been designed to further increase the performance of your vehicle. The Series 2 intercooler core has been upgraded to a much larger 450x300x76mm in size. To add to this, HPD have developed a new Series 2 custom bonnet scoop that is 3x larger than the original factory bonnet scoop. Modifications to the bonnet are required for installation of this kit.

The all-inclusive Nissan Patrol ZD30 common rail intercooler kit uses fully tig welded construction that incorporates the 450x300x76mm core with cast alloy end tanks, billet CNC machined mounting brackets and a map sensor block with boost port. The comprehensive kit also includes a thermo fan with smart thermo-switch and wiring loom. The kit is designed to elevate the core closer to the incoming cool air and away from the engine.

The ZD30 standard factory intercooler is often prone to splitting and not generally repairable. The HPD ZD30 common rail intercooler allows reduction in both inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures, resulting in better performance, reliability and consistent and sustainable power. This is all delivered with an increase in reliability and the peace of mind that you wont have a factory cooler split again.
