Ford Ranger Front Mount Intercooler kit & piping upgrade.

This High Performance Diesel Intercooler Kit has been designed and created to suit Ford Ranger current models (2012+). The Intercooler delivers all the benefits we have come to know from the HPD brand including reduced inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures, increased torque output, greater performance and reliability and more consistent and sustainable power. The comprehensive kit has been manufactured with careful research and development, as with all our industry leading products.

The Kit allows fitment of a winch and bulbar and re-positions the intercooler into a higher position that is less likely to suffer damage when off-roading. Priced at $1,495, the kit is designed to be easily installed with basic workshop tools.

The HPD direct bolt on separator kits are ideal for 4WDs running an intercooler or turbo kit and they come complete with mounting brackets, rubber hoses and hose clamps. The separators eliminate oil vapour that can contaminate the intake system and therefore helps keep the intercooler clean (internally). This translates into more efficient cooling and better power delivery from your engine.
